Forms of Payment
Items ship within 1 to 3 business days. At that time, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. All items ship from our warehouse in Florida and transit time typically takes 1 to 10 business days within the US. If you need your order faster, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We charge a flat fee of $9 for shipping within the US. Orders over $100 ship free within the US! A mandatory sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping to a location within New York state and Florida.
Located Outside The Continental US?
We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and most countries internationally. We charge a flat fee of $25 for all international orders and $15 for notebooks. International orders over $250 ship free. All international sales are final.
Any import fees, taxes, VAT or any other fees should your package be processed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages. We do our best to make sure items are packed securely but things do break occasionally. In the unfortunate event your item is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damage. In the event your item is no longer available, we will either refund you or send you a new one when it is back in stock.
We hope you love your products, but on the off chance you are not 100% satisfied we will happily accept returns within 14 days from when you received them. Any items returned 14 to 60 days after receipt will receive store credit. Apologies, but we cannot accept returns for items past 60 days of receipt. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Returned goods must be delivered to Sterling Harper unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received; or they may not be eligible for refund and be subject to a restocking fee of up to $50.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please also include your name and order number with the return so we know who to credit.
