We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Venmo.

Shipping

Items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. At that time, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. All items ship from our warehouse in New York and transit time typically takes 1 to 10 business days within the US. If you need your order faster, please contact us at hello@sterlingharper.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Most items ship for a reasonable fee for standard ground shipping to the continental United States and will be calculated during checkout. Some items that are larger in size or weight have an additional charge of $20 – $100 which will be clearly indicated at checkout. A mandatory 8.875% sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping to a location within New York state.

Located Outside The Continental US?

We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and some countries internationally. Please email us at hello@sterlingharper.com with your name, shipping address, the products you are interested in and quantity so we can put together a custom shipping quote for you. All international sales are final. Any import fees, taxes, VAT or any other fees should your package be processed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: ALL orders over $200 will require a signature at time of delivery.

Return Policy

DAMAGES
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages. In the unfortunate event your item is damaged, we will gladly replace it.

RETURNS
We hope you love your products, but on the off chance you are not 100% satisfied we will happily accept returns within 14 days from when you received them. Any items returned 14 to 60 days after receipt will receive store credit. Apologies, but we cannot accept returns for items past 60 days of receipt. All limited edition and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Returned goods must be delivered to Sterling Harper unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received; or they may not be eligible for refund and be subject to a restocking fee of up to $50.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
